ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
A booking becomes binding once you have received a booking confirmation. We assume that you have read our booking terms and conditions, which can be found on our website or in the booking confirmation. A confirmation is provided in writing, for example, via email. At this point, you and the hotel have entered into an agreement.
However, options for cancellation do exist – please see the section "Cancellation and No-show." When booking, you are required to provide your name, address, arrival and departure times, and your intended method of payment.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room is at your disposal from 3:00 PM at the latest on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 11:00 AM.

LATE CHECK-OUT: You can purchase a late check-out (until 1:30 PM) at the time of booking for a fee of 250 SEK, subject to availability.
LATE ARRIVAL
The room is reserved for arrival until 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, you must notify the hotel in advance to avoid the risk of the room being let to another guest.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellation must be made by 12:00 PM, 14 days prior to arrival.

Rebooking: Free rebooking to any available date can be made between 14 and 3 days before check-in (subject to availability).

Late Cancellation/No-show: If you fail to arrive without cancelling, or if you cancel later than 2:00 PM [on the day of arrival], you are liable for the full cost of the booked stay.

Special Costs: If the hotel has incurred specific costs due to your booking, you will be liable for compensation for these.
THE HOTEL'S OBLIGATIONS
If the hotel cannot provide the room as agreed, you are entitled to an equivalent or better room within the hotel, or at a hotel of equivalent standard, at no extra cost.
BOOKING FEE AND PREPAYMENT
The hotel reserves the right to request a booking fee or other prepayment for the booking to be binding. This amount will be deducted from the final bill. If you cancel the room without adhering to the cancellation deadline, the hotel has the right to retain the booking fee/prepayment.
STORAGE OF VALUABLES AND LUGGAGE
Do not leave your luggage unattended upon arrival or departure. The hotel is not able to store your luggage in a locked luggage room. The hotel is not responsible for your property.
LIABILITY FOR LOST PROPERTY / THEFT IN HOTEL ROOMS
The hotel does not have strict liability for property kept in the hotel room. However, should it be proven that the hotel or its staff acted recklessly, negligently, or are otherwise at fault for the loss of property, the hotel will be held liable for the lost or stolen items.
